District police officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec arrested a 63-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle. The Bolesławiec police headquarters reported:
The resident of Bolesławiec County got behind the wheel despite having two court orders banning him from driving motor vehicles, issued by courts in Bolesławiec and Lwówek Śląski. A decision to withdraw his driving privileges had also been issued against him.
That was not the end of it. The 63-year-old was also wanted to serve a prison sentence for a crime against road safety.
The arrested man now faces up to five years behind bars.
