Police are establishing the exact circumstances of a brutal attack that took place in Wałbrzych on Friday evening. Two people—a woman and a man—were attacked with an axe on Głowackiego Street. The 20-year-old woman and the 50-year-old man were taken to hospital. The young woman suffered serious facial injuries.
In connection with the case, police detained an 18-year-old suspected of carrying out the attack. Both the suspect and witnesses to the incident are being questioned. Explanatory proceedings are being conducted under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
