Scammers do not rest on their laurels. As a Reader informed us:
Please warn the residents of Bolesławiec about a probable fraud being committed by people posing as employees of the gas company and asking about gas stoves located in apartments.
The man asked the source about the matter. He received the following response from PGNiG:
Employees of PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. do not visit customers at their places of residence.
Fraud may be punishable by up to eight years in prison. Every such case should be reported to the police.
