The first fire occurred on Saturday evening. A woodshed caught fire in Stara Oleszna. The danger was contained and, fortunately, no one was injured.
The second fire broke out shortly afterward, during the night of February 1–2. Shortly after midnight, the emergency services were dispatched to a fire in an abandoned building in the same locality. Here, too, fortunately, no one was injured.
Was this a deliberate act? Is an arsonist operating in the locality? The police are investigating.
