Update
Bolesławiec police:
A resident of Bolesławiec County, driving an Audi from Warta Bolesławiecka towards Bolesławiec, moved into the opposite lane and collided with a VW. The Audi driver was issued a PLN 1,100 fine.
The incident occurred on January 27, at around 1:00 p.m., on the road between Łaziska and Warta Bolesławiecka, at the junction leading to Wartowice. Two cars collided there: an Audi with Bolesławiec registration plates and a Volkswagen with Zgorzelec registration plates.
Two people were injured.
The road is completely blocked. Traffic is being diverted through Wartowice.
Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers appeal for prudence and caution on the road.
