Yesterday, the Bolesławiec traffic police conducted intensified checks of various vehicles as part of the provincial “Technical Condition” operation. The police: – The aim of the operation was to detect and remove vehicles whose technical condition could endanger the safety of other road users.
It adds: – The officers checked the lighting, tyres and other components essential for the proper functioning of the vehicle.
The result? The police conducted 50 checks and, in as many as 29 cases (!), seized registration certificates because of the vehicles’ technical condition. KPP: – Most checks concerned passenger vehicles; among those inspected were a moped, a truck and vans.
