As officers established, a 39-year-old resident of Karkonosze County driving a Renault Clio along Matejki Street in Jelenia Góra struck an Isuzu traveling properly and driven by a 50-year-old man.
Officers detected a distinct smell of alcohol coming from the driver responsible for the incident. The officers said: “The test showed more than one per mille.
Police are currently investigating the causes and circumstances of the incident. The man will now face court for the offenses committed, and he could be sentenced to up to five years in prison.
