How is this possible when the fuel comes from the same source and the same supplier? – asks the reader, attaching photos taken today at PKN Orlen stations in Bolesławiec and Świeradów-Zdrój. The higher prices are, of course, those in Bolesławiec.

We have already written about the problem of high fuel prices in Bolesławiec many times. In the past, we asked PKN Orlen what caused such a large difference in fuel prices between Bolesławiec and other towns in the region. Naturally, this concerns differences in prices at Orlen stations.

Let us recall what the company’s press office replied:

Dear Editor,

differences in fuel prices at stations in different towns are a normal phenomenon and occur throughout the country. These prices are determined by many factors, which may vary depending on the location. These include, among others, the cost of acquiring or using the land on which the station is located, the costs of operating and maintaining the station, as well as sales potential and the market environment.

Yours faithfully,
