In the county’s technical schools, the “First Step” project is still under way—digital solutions in vocational education for students from Bolesławiec County. The project places great emphasis on making informed choices about fields of study and acquiring technological skills, thereby enabling a better start in the labour market amid the digital evolution, or even revolution.

It is worth emphasising and recalling that the “First Step” project aims to improve the quality of vocational education and adapt the educational offer to contemporary standards. Graduates of the schools participating in the project will be better prepared to enter the labour market and cope with dynamic technological changes.

In addition to much-needed classes focused on the most sought-after occupations and useful skills in various technological fields, the funding made it possible to equip workshops in each school participating in the project. This is major support during education and training, which take place according to the highest technological standards.
