The Corsa left the road and overturned several times, coming to rest on its roof approximately 25 metres from the spot where it left the road. The approximately 45-year-old driver got out of the car on his own, but had suffered fairly serious bruising.
The man was taken to hospital. Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident. Officers appeal for caution and common sense on the road.
