Criminal investigators from Bogatynia detained a 34-year-old man suspected of stealing jewellery and construction tools. – As officers established, the man carried out minor renovation work at the woman’s home and, over several months, took rings, earrings and tools – reports Superintendent Agnieszka Goguł, press officer for the Commander of the District Police Headquarters in Zgorzelec. – The victim estimated the losses at PLN 15,000.
She adds: – Based on the collected evidence, the detained man has already been charged. He could now face up to five years in prison.
