He fell from a mountain and died at the scene. Police and prosecutors are investigating

The incident occurred on Sunday, September 8, in the afternoon. As reported by Złotoryja 112:

the duty officer of the District Command Post of the State Fire Service in Złotoryja received a telephone report of an accident— a fall from the terrace/summit of the mountain into a former basalt quarry on Wilcza Góra.

Police officers, firefighters and medical rescuers went to the scene. The man was pronounced dead.

Police and prosecutors are investigating the causes and circumstances of the incident.
