The incident took place last weekend. A reader informed us that a drunk driver was apprehended by citizens in Raciborowice. We asked the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters about the matter.
Junior Aspirant Bartłomiej Sobczyszyn, deputy press officer of the Bolesławiec police, replied that he can currently confirm that “during the night of 24–25 August of this year, a report was recorded concerning the citizen’s apprehension of a 26-year-old resident of Legnica County, who was allegedly driving a VW vehicle while intoxicated.”
The driver was detained. Spokesperson: – At present, activities are being carried out to establish the circumstances and course of the entire incident.
