The assembly began with the raising of the national flag and the singing of the national anthem, creating a solemn atmosphere for those gathered. In his speech, Bolesławiec County Head Tomasz Gabrysiak emphasized the importance of patriotism and the dedication demonstrated by soldiers in their daily service. He thanked them for their hard work and commitment, which contribute to ensuring security and peace not only in Poland but also around the world.
“Your service is invaluable, and the courage with which you take on daily challenges deserves the highest recognition. I thank you for everything you do for our homeland,” the County Head said.
The assembly program also included ceremonial promotions and the presentation of decorations to distinguished soldiers, further emphasizing the importance of the day.
The ceremonial assembly concluded with a soldiers’ parade, which brought the celebrations to a close.
