Officers from the Investigation Department of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters are conducting proceedings into a shoplifting incident that took place on 2 May at one of the drugstores in the city.

In the afternoon, a woman and a man entered the store together and pretended to shop. At one point, each of them put various products into the plastic bag they were carrying. They then approached the checkout area, where the woman began scanning small items from the shopping basket, and handed the plastic bag to the man, who immediately left the store. In total, the pair stole goods worth more than PLN 1,300.
