Last weekend, neighborhood police officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec arrested a person wanted to serve a prison sentence. Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters: – A resident of Osiecznica Municipality, pursuant to a ruling by the District Court in Bolesławiec, is to serve a 6-month sentence for driving a car under the influence of a narcotic drug.
It adds: – Furthermore, during the arrest, police officers found a bag containing a prohibited substance on the 31-year-old. A test carried out by a technician confirmed that it was marijuana.
Possession of narcotic drugs is punishable by up to 3 years in prison.
