As established by KPP Bolesławiec, the driver of a Renault, a 34-year-old from Żagań County, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions and hit an energy-absorbing barrier. The driver and passenger were taken to hospital for diagnostic examinations.
Fortunately, no one suffered more serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision. The perpetrator received a PLN 2,500 fine.
The incident took place on 28 March.
(…) at 9:10 p.m., a report of a road incident at the roundabout near the A18 motorway was received by the SK KP in Bolesławiec.
They added: – Upon arriving at the scene, the firefighters from the units of the Fire Protection Service found a vehicle off the road. Two people were injured in the incident.
Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
