Officers from the police station in Kruszyn identified the perpetrator of the shoplifting based on surveillance footage. Police: – A resident of Bolesławiec municipality went to a neighboring municipality to steal various items from a supermarket. The 43-year-old stole food products and household chemicals. The total losses were estimated at PLN 1,240.
And adds: – The perpetrator confessed and explained that he consumed the food items and sold the remaining goods.
As the detainee is a recidivist, he faces up to seven and a half years in prison.
