Officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec detained a 61-year-old man during an intervention. He had violated a court order prohibiting him from approaching his brother and his partner and from contacting them. KPP: – Moreover, the suspect threatened to take their lives.
It should be emphasized that the 61-year-old resident of Nowogrodziec Municipality did this immediately after leaving prison and returning to his home area.
Bolesławiec police:
After detaining the man, the police patrol informed the prosecutor and submitted the collected evidence. Taking into account the suspect’s previous aggression toward the victims and his current actions, the prosecutor applied for pre-trial detention.
The court remanded the 61-year-old in custody for two months. The recidivist faces up to 7.5 years in prison.
