Children accepted to participate in the programme will take part free of charge in individual or group sessions conducted by specialists selected appropriately to the type of the child’s impairment.
A prerequisite for admission to the “Za Życiem” programme for 2024 is the submission of the appropriate application by the parents/legal guardians. Applications will be accepted until 16 February 2024 at the secretariat of the Psychological and Pedagogical Counselling Centre in Bolesławiec (11 Tyrankiewiczów Street).
One of the following documents must be attached to the application:
– a photocopy of the opinion confirming the need for early childhood development support,
or
– medical documentation confirming a disability (a disability certificate) or a risk of disability (a medical certificate with an ICD-10 diagnosis).
The number of places in the programme is limited.
