Officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit of KPP Bolesławiec arrested a traffic offender during a nighttime check of one of Bolesławiec’s housing estates. The police department stated: “The 29-year-old was driving a car at 4:00 a.m. and apparently did not expect to encounter a police car on his way.
It added: “Verification of the driver’s credentials returned a negative result, which means that the city resident did not have them. However, the man was subject to three active court-imposed driving bans, all issued in 2022.
Breaking a court-imposed driving ban is punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
