A little return to the 1980s and 1990s, when good vodka and fresh meat with onion, pickles and egg reigned supreme in Poland. In fact, we still enjoy warming, clear spirits accompanied by a decent snack. Residents of Bolesławiec and the surrounding area will have such an opportunity this coming weekend at Winestone restaurant.

The menu will feature tartare in less obvious versions, but there will also be something for lovers of the classics. Everything, without a doubt, at promotional prices!

What will the kitchen, under the supervision of Head Chef Władysław Turbak, serve us?

Fresh duck fillet with marinated carrot and ginger, pickled radish and roasted chilli, all enhanced with soy sauce. Fish lovers will find salmon tartare with pickled cucumber, lemon tapioca, shallot, chilli and lime mascarpone. Vegetarians are of course not discriminated against during the event at Winestone—fans of meat-free dishes have been offered cauliflower tartare with tofu, ratatouille, olive oil and toast.

And what about the classics...? Several options for those who fancy genuine, good Polish beef: tenderloin, eye of round, or perhaps topside? Taste them and choose your favourite cut of meat.

Let’s not forget the best companion to tartare—“fiery water”!

There are many of OUR, POLISH spirits to choose from in the glasses. From the classic in two versions, through exclusive varieties, to colourful, flavoured spirits.
