As reported by the Bolesławiec police:

The driver of a Mercedes passenger car, a 27-year-old resident of Kielce County, failed to maintain a safe distance between vehicles and consequently collided with the rear of a Volkswagen. The culprit was fined PLN 1,500.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, December 5, on the A4. At around 1:00 p.m., two cars collided at kilometer 60 in the direction of Wrocław. One person was injured and taken to the hospital in Bolesławiec. Fortunately, they did not suffer any more serious injuries.

The motorway is BLOCKED.

Police determined the causes and circumstances of the incident.
