The incident occurred on Wednesday morning. As reported by the lwowecki.info website:
(...) the fire service, ambulance service and police received a report of an incident at the municipal cemetery in Lwówek Śląski, where a woman had fallen into a grave.
The Lwówek-based outlet adds: – Initial findings indicate that, while walking between the graves, the 45-year-old woman stepped onto the slab securing a tomb. It gave way, however, and the woman fell inside.
Firefighters helped the woman get out. Medical rescuers attended to the injured woman. Fortunately, she did not suffer anything more serious and did not require hospitalization.
