Bolesławiec police officers arrested an intoxicated driver. The police station reported: – The reaction of other people at the petrol station where the 46-year-old arrived made it possible to remove the Warsaw resident from traffic. A report to the emergency number about a suspected drunk driver led to the arrest of the 46-year-old, who was driving a car with 2.5 per mille of alcohol in his system.

Meanwhile, officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn arrested a 37-year-old man who committed two offences when getting behind the wheel. He violated a court-ordered driving ban imposed on him in 2023 by the District Court in Bolesławiec and had more than 1 per mille of alcohol in his system.

Both irresponsible drivers were arrested. Let us remind you: driving while drunk carries a penalty of up to two years in prison. Violating a court-ordered ban carries a sentence of between three months and five years in prison.
