The incident occurred during the night of September 27–28. Before 4:00 a.m., unknown perpetrators tore an ATM from outside the Intermarché supermarket and fled the scene. Steps are being taken to establish the perpetrators’ identities and arrest them. The thieves face up to five years in prison.
The machine was probably attached to the ground with only two bolts. What is more, no surveillance cameras appear to have been installed near the ATM.
