Last Sunday, officers from the Police Station in Kruszno intervened twice within one hour with the same man. The Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters said: – In both cases, the officers’ actions concerned the commission of the same offense—breaking a court-ordered driving ban.
After the first arrest, the 30-year-old handed the vehicle over to the person indicated. During the second intervention, his car was towed away—and at the offender’s expense.
The 30-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
