During Tuesday’s assembly, the commander of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, Col. Krzysztof Malankiewicz, PhD, Krzysztof Malankiewicz presented a delegation of soldiers beginning basic training with the most important item of military equipment—their weapons.
Unit: – The military assembly was attended by the President of the Board of the Federation of Polish Armored Corps Veterans, Brig. Gen. (ret.) Zbigniew Szura, who honored the commander of the Bolesławiec artillerymen with the Federation’s 15th Anniversary Medal for nurturing traditions and promoting the memory of the 1st Polish Armored Division of the 1st Dresden Armored Corps.
