The woman added:
The situation frightened us, and we were afraid that the man would cross to the other side. After calling the municipal police, we were told that there was no one who could come because they were looking for some dog. We were told to call the emergency number, which is what we did.
She continued:
After about five minutes, the police arrived, but the man had managed to flee shortly before they got there. The officers searched for him for several minutes and then drove away (…).
