Criminal investigators identified and arrested a suspect in connection with a break-in at a shop selling electronic equipment. Bolesławiec police:
Under cover of night, the perpetrator used a stone to break the shop window and stole 7 electronic watches and a watch strap worth nearly PLN 4,000 in total.
The man had previously been convicted of crimes against property, so he now faces up to 15 years in prison for burglary.
The 30-year-old from Bolesławiec admitted his guilt and explained that he had sold all of his loot to a random person.
