Criminal investigators from Jelenia Góra detained a 64-year-old man suspected of damaging property. – As officers established, from September last year to May this year, the man damaged the victim’s vehicle three times in one of the parking lots in central Jelenia Góra – explains Sub-Inspector Edyta Bagrowska, press officer for the Jelenia Góra Municipal Police Headquarters.
She adds: – The resident of Jelenia Góra became very angry when he saw his neighbor park in his spot and ignore requests to move the car. This led to an argument between them, during which he vented his anger on his neighbor’s car. The 64-year-old kicked the vehicle and scratched its paintwork. His actions caused losses amounting to more than 3,000 zlotys.
The vandal was arrested. He now faces up to five years in prison.
