The incident occurred on 15 May in Nowogrodziec. Before 10:00 a.m., two cars collided there. Three people were injured, and two were taken to hospital. (One refused).
Police determined that the driver of the Seat, a 22-year-old resident of Lwówek County, failed to give way to the driver of the Volkswagen. Two people from the other vehicle were taken to hospital.
The firefighters from Nowogrodziec reported on the incident:
Alert! On 15 May 2023, shortly before 10 a.m., we received a report of a road accident in Nowogrodziec, on Sienkiewicza Street.
At the scene, we found two passenger cars that had collided. Three people were injured.
We secured the scene, provided qualified first aid, disconnected the vehicles’ power supplies and removed the spilled operating fluids.
The firefighters added:
A PSP Bolesławiec unit, two emergency medical teams and a police patrol also arrived at the scene.
