The incident occurred on Wednesday, May 3, on the road between Kraśnik and Krzyżowa. At around 7:00 p.m., the driver of a Volkswagen, a 26-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality, lost control of the vehicle and left the road. The car rolled over.
The woman suffered serious injuries. She was taken to hospital in serious condition.
OSP Krzyżowa reported on the incident:
(…) at 7:13 p.m., we were dispatched to a passenger car rollover on the road between Krzyżowa and Kraśnik Dolny. Our task was to secure the scene and provide first aid to the injured person.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec and Krzyżowa, as well as a medical rescue team and the police, took part in the operation.
The uniformed officers appeal for prudence and caution on the road.
