Police officers from Kruszyn prepared evidence allowing the case to be heard under an expedited procedure. After sobering up, the 37-year-old was charged with the crimes he had committed and brought into the courtroom. Among other measures, the court imposed a 4-year driving ban on the Ukrainian.
