On March 29, 2023, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., police officers serving on roads throughout our voivodeship will conduct intensified operations under the name “Vulnerable Road Users.” – The main aim of the operation is to improve the safety of, among others, pedestrians and cyclists. These road users are particularly exposed to the risk of losing their health or lives in the event of a road incident – emphasizes junior aspirant Tomasz Nowak from the Press Section of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław.
And adds:
Officers will pay particular attention to drivers’ behavior toward pedestrians, especially around marked pedestrian crossings. However, they will also carefully check whether pedestrians are violating traffic regulations. Police officers will also devote more attention to offenses committed by car drivers against users of two-wheeled vehicles.

From the early morning hours, traffic police officers will pay special attention to places where the risk of undesirable road incidents is greatest.
