A real treat awaits not only astronomy enthusiasts today and on Thursday. Two brightly shining planets can be seen in the sky, including from Bolesławiec.
As the rmf24.pl website reports:
The two brightest planets in the sky—Venus and Jupiter—will line up. Astronomy enthusiasts will be able to admire the phenomenon with the naked eye or, if weather conditions do not allow it, online.
The phenomenon that can be observed in the sky today and tomorrow (March 1 and 2) is known as the conjunction of Venus and Jupiter. The planets are visible on the southwestern horizon.
