Police officers from the station in Kruszyn stopped a vehicle for inspection in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. A 27-year-old woman was behind the wheel; by doing so, she committed a crime because the court had banned her from driving until 2024.

The resident of Bolesławiec County currently has two active bans.
The first was issued by the District Court in Złotoryja, and the second judgment by the court in Bolesławiec. In addition, the woman has had her driving privileges revoked.
The 27-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
