Last weekend, officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn decided that the 45-year-old had to be arrested immediately after receiving information about his criminal conduct. Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters: – After quickly locating the place where the resident of Bolesławiec County was staying, police officers from the station arrested the man.

According to the officers’ findings, at the turn of January and February this year, the perpetrator failed to comply with a court judgment by violating a ban on approaching family members. In addition, he threatened the victims with death and bodily harm. The aggressor had previously served a prison sentence for similar offences.
What is more, after his arrest he violated the bodily integrity of and insulted officers from Bolesławiec.
The suspect was placed in pre-trial detention for three months. As he is a repeat offender, he faces a sentence of between three months and as much as seven and a half years in prison.
