Bolesławiec traffic police, while patrolling the town at night, stopped a vehicle that had numerous technical defects, including a faulty dipped-beam headlight.

At first, the driver gave different details, impersonating his younger brother. He did so because he had already committed an offence by getting behind the wheel. Since February 2022, he has been subject to a court-imposed driving ban.
Moreover, it emerged that the 31-year-old from Bolesławiec County had had his driving entitlement revoked, and the vehicle he was driving did not have valid technical inspection.
But that was not the end of it. KPP: – The test for the presence of drugs in his system was positive, confirming the officers’ suspicions.
The 31-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
