When police officers passed a vehicle with a shattered windshield, they immediately turned around and stopped it. Police: – The resident of Lubusz Voivodeship was driving a car with a shattered windshield in front of him and very limited visibility.

He added:

The 26-year-old claimed that the damage had been caused by hitting a wild animal.

The driver was fined 500 zlotys. What is more, his registration certificate was confiscated. (The vehicle in question could continue its journey only via a tow truck).

Driving such a damaged vehicle, the resident of the neighboring voivodeship could have endangered the safety of other road users.
