We return to the case described in the article: The Sad End of Sailing in Bolesławiec. Let us recall that, according to the account presented by UKŻ Pirat Bolesławiec, after being unable to reach an agreement with the new owners of the Krępnica reservoir, the club decided to leave and take its sailing equipment and containers from the base where it operated.
Unfortunately, as Pirat reports, this did not happen without problems. The sailing equipment was successfully removed with police assistance. The containers remained on site and were secured by officers. A dispute over the containers is currently ongoing. The case is with the prosecutor’s office. UKŻ Pirat Bolesławiec commodore Jakub Jakubowski is determined and announces that he will fight for the containers in court.
We also asked the other party to the dispute for comment. We have not received one yet. Meanwhile, UKŻ Pirat wants to resume its activities and continue, with passion, teaching children and young people the art of sailing. To this end, it has launched a fundraiser for a new container.
