Another failure to yield the right of way occurred on Tuesday morning. This second incident took place on the road between Świętoszów and Ławszowa.
This time, the at-fault driver was sober and driving a Škoda; he collided with a Volkswagen.
The man travelling in the other vehicle was injured and taken to hospital for examinations. (Fortunately, it turned out at the scene that he had not suffered anything more serious. The entire incident was classified as a collision.)
Police appeal for reason and caution on the road.
