Police officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn noticed a vehicle towing another car on the road on Friday morning. The combination was checked.

The driver towing the vehicle was a 38-year-old resident of Legnica County who is subject to a court-imposed driving ban. In addition, the car he was driving had licence plates assigned to another vehicle of the same model.

It adds:

The person being towed was also a resident of Legnica County and was subject to a decision revoking his driving entitlements. Moreover, the 35-year-old’s vehicle had previously had its registration certificate retained because the required technical inspection had not been carried out for 2 years.

Both drivers received PLN 1,500 fines. The older man now faces up to five years in prison, while the younger man could spend up to two years behind bars.
