Złotoryja criminal investigators knocked on the door of a house in Zagrodno municipality. – The police suspected that a 25-year-old man wanted under an arrest warrant might be inside – explains junior aspirant Dominika Kwakszys, press officer of the local KPP. – The man was to serve a six-month prison sentence, but he was hiding from law enforcement authorities in an attempt to avoid the punishment.
The officers entered the house and began checking every possible place where the wanted man might be. They found him in the attic. The man had hidden inside the chimney flue, on the racks of a smokehouse.

The 25-year-old has already been taken to prison, where he will serve the previously imposed sentence for crimes committed against road traffic safety.
