Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn stopped a vehicle driven by a 27-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. He has a total of 4 court-ordered driving bans: 3 related to judgments issued by the District Court in Bolesławiec and 1 imposed under a decision of the District Court in Lubań.
What is more, the driver… was drunk; he had more than 0.5 per mille of alcohol in his system, and the vehicle he was driving should not have been on the road at all due to its technical condition.
The 27-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
