On Monday, 7 June, Bolesławiec police officers detained two women, aged 41 and 58, and a 22-year-old man. All three, residents of Gromadka municipality, were distributing illegal alcohol and tobacco.
At the 41-year-old’s home, officers found 57 litres of spirits and 30 kilograms of tobacco without Polish excise stamps, while at the older woman’s home they found nine half-litre bottles of illegal alcohol.
The three suspects now face up to three years in prison.
