Friday night into Saturday
- On the night from Friday into Saturday, officers from Nowogrodziec arrested a 39-year-old man from Zgorzelec County who was driving a car despite being subject to a ban on driving all motor vehicles, which is in force until... 2027.
- That same night, community police officers arrested a 25-year-old man from Bolesławiec County who had marijuana on him.
- Meanwhile, an intervention patrol in the city center arrested a 26-year-old man who was driving with more than 2 per mille of alcohol in his system.
Saturday
- On Saturday morning in Bolesławiec, the traffic police stopped a 26-year-old woman who failed to stop for a roadside inspection. It turned out that the driver was under the influence of intoxicating substances.
- After 2 p.m. in Nowogrodziec, a traffic police patrol stopped a 24-year-old woman who was driving with nearly 1 per mille of alcohol in her system. County Police Headquarters: “In the evening, community police officers again arrested a person with drugs; the 30-year-old had several doses on him.”
- In the Osiecznica municipality, a drunk driver caused a road accident. The 45-year-old, driving a van, collided head-on with a passenger car. The drivers of both vehicles were taken to hospital.
- Police officers also apprehended a man wanted for breaching a court-imposed ban, who has six months of imprisonment to serve.
Sunday
- Officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec arrested, after a chase, an intoxicated man who was riding a moped. Police officers: “The 39-year-old fled because he was wanted and subject to a lifetime court ban on driving motor vehicles.”
- A Bolesławiec patrol arrested a 25-year-old man who was driving under the influence of drugs.
