The September session of the Bolesławiec County Council is underway. Before the proceedings began, however, Barbara Kuduk, deputy chairwoman of the body, spoke:
Shortly before the session, correspondence from councillor Karol Stasik was delivered to me.
And she read what the head of the Platforma Samorządowa councillors’ group had written:
Dear Madam Chair,
I hereby respectfully submit to the Chair my written apology addressed to councillor Wojciech Kasprzyk. It is a fact that during the June session of our council—under the influence of emotions and the earlier discussion during the proceedings—I used the term “jerk” in reference to councillor Wojciech Kasprzyk.
It was very inappropriate, improper and impolite on my part. I admit that no circumstances or emotions justify such a lapse (…).
