Bolesławiec criminal investigators caught the perpetrators of the theft of metal components red-handed. KPP: – The male-female duo was arrested on the premises of a mineral raw materials mine in the Osiecznica municipality.

The suspects are residents of Lubań County who drove a van to the area around the mine several times, then took their wheelbarrow and set off on foot to collect as many valuable metal items as possible.
The pair took advantage of the site's extensive area and accessibility. Police: – They stole components for mining equipment even in broad daylight.
The 32-year-old woman and 49-year-old man were each charged with 10 offenses. Losses? PLN 12,000. The property obtained through this scheme was sold by the suspects at non-ferrous metal scrap yards.
