Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, based on the information collected, identified the three perpetrators of the attack on a resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. – The attackers assaulted the victim, hitting and kicking him. They then stole two phones and a toolbox, causing losses worth nearly PLN 2,500 – reports staff aspirant Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters.
All those detained are residents of Bolesławiec County, aged between 19 and 24.
The spokeswoman: – As a result of checks carried out by police officers at the perpetrators’ places of residence, all the property stolen during the robbery was recovered.
All three were placed under police supervision and banned from approaching the victim. The young aggressors now face up to 12 years in prison. One of them – a 23-year-old – will additionally face charges for possession of marijuana.
